My Journey to Being a Fitness Trainer
I am not an athlete, never been one! I initially started working out after I saw Angela Bassett’s arms in What’s Love Got to Do with It. You can say it was all for vanity in the beginning…
But as I trained, I found what works and what doesn’t and I keep seeing women like you struggling to figure out how to better themselves.
So I decided to take what I know to help women all over take control of their bodies.
And no, I won’t just tell you to quit carbs and fats…In fact, you need those to keep your bodies strong.
I believe that life should be lived in balance, for example, cooking isn’t something I enjoy but I do it because it helps me look and feel good.
Even though I teach women how to make healthier food choices, it doesn’t stop me from enjoying my coffee or a few glasses of wine, balance, remember?
I don’t believe in diets, starvation, and deprivation for weight loss.
Working out should be done for lifetime fitness and health in a fun and sustainable manner.
