15 Fit Female Celebrities and How They Stay In Shape

I love reading fitness magazines. The featured athletes always have rock hard bodies that inspire me. But what I love most is when the articles and advertisements feature actresses, singers, and other entertainers who have worked hard to get their bodies solid with beautifully toned muscles.

As I was flipping through the pages of my favorite magazines and clicking through my favorite websites, I made a list of my favorite 15, in no particular order. These ladies have got it going on! I dug a little deeper to learn more about their habits and wanted to share them. We all need new tips and extra motivation now and then, so let’s see what each of my 15 Fit Female Celebrities, do to stay looking great.
